Flows For Life Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help Hold Fatigue

Sometimes there is just no way to get to sleep no matter what I hold or what self help I do (but remember that doing some self help during the night will be helpful in the long run). It doesn’t happen to me very often, I have to say, but on this occasion I was not in my own comfortable bed. So when I have to get up after a night like that, I feel exhausted and I have that ‘hung over’ feeling. Not very pleasant at all.

The good news is that there is an easy and effective way to take fatigue out of the body, and get rid of that ‘hung over’ feeling.

All you need to do is sit on your hands for a few minutes (I tend to give it about 20 minutes). Palms up against your sitting bone (as shown in the image).

The last time I felt that way, I sat on my hands and was ‘right as rain’ for the rest of the day. It’s quite an amazing feeling when all of a sudden that horrible hung over feeling just dissipates and disappears. Added bonus was that I slept very well that night – not surprising as I needed to catch up on sleep!

This hold is also really helpful after exercising (to avoid sore muscles). It also helps after a strenuous work out, because as I said in another post, it takes lactic acid out of the muscles.

Tried and tested, and I hope it works for you too.
