Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help for YOUR NERVES

Some days are just thrown at us to test us. Some days one just feels overwhelmed. There is so much going on and the mind just can’t keep up with all the thoughts, worries, anxieties, and nags.

However! DO NOT DESPAIR. There is a way to get out of your head and take back control of your runaway mind and life!

Calm the mind, calm the nerves

The self-help holds to calm the mind are: left hand on left neck (energy site number 12) and right hand on right forehead (energy site number 20), then move right hand to right cheek (energy site number 21) then move the right hand to the right clavicle (energy site number 22).

You need energy to be calm

The Spleen Flow is also helpful to revitalize the body and at the same time, calm the mind. Because as I keep saying, you need energy to be calm. And Jin Shin Jyutsu is great for the nerves too.

I can’t stomach this anymore

The Stomach flow is also a wonderful help to get us out of our mind. The digestion and our head are very connected. You know how people say: “I can’t stomach this anymore!” Well, it has to do with how we digest our world, moment by moment. What we see, hear, touch and feel also is digested, or not.

So the first two steps of stomach flow (right flow): Place your left fingers on the right cheekbone  and your right fingers on the right center of collar bone. After a few minutes, move right hand to left base of rib cage . Reverse the hands for the left energy pattern.
