I have studied and practised Jin Shin Jyutsu for the last 20 years, and my passion for this ART has strengthened and deepened. I say: ‘The secret to your health, happiness and longevity lies in KNOWING where to place your hands on the body’.

Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu

The ancient Japanese Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu is often described as ‘Acupuncture with the fingers’, but it involves no manipulation, pressure or massage so it is safe for every body from ages 0 to 100!

Jin Shin Jyutsu harmonises and balances the life energy in the body by placing the fingers and hands (over clothing) on specific ‘energy sites’ called Safety Energy Locks (there are 26 on either side of the body) to alleviate symptoms of disharmony.

It is a gentle, yet powerful tool for health and well-being.

Although the study and understanding of Jin Shin Jyutsu can take a lifetime, the self-help exercises are simple to learn and have immediate benefits.

My role as a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu is to introduce this ART and thereby awaken the awareness of what each and every one of us has at our disposal – ready to be used and enjoyed!
