What is Colitis Ulcerosa or Ulcerative Colitis?
Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammation of the large intestine or colon. In people with ulcerative colitis, ulcers and inflammation of the inner lining of the colon lead to symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding. Do these two exercises as often as possible:
To clear the front (especially during a flare up) place the left hand over the right shoulder (SEL 11) and the right hand on the sitting-bone (buttock SEL 25) with palm up. Reverse hands for the left side. This exercise is to help the descending energy down the front of the body.
To clear the back, place the left hand over the right shoulder (SEL 11) and the right hand on the groin (SEL 15). Reverse hands for the left side. This hold also helps boost OR CALM the immune system. This exercise is to help the ascending energy up the back of the body.

The first two steps of self-help stomach flow (right energy pattern):
Place your left fingers on the right cheekbone (SEL 21) and your right fingers on the right center of collar bone (SEL 22) . After a few minutes, move right hand to left base of rib cage (SEL 14). Reverse the hands for the left energy pattern.
