Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help for the Immune System

This exercise is wonderfully simple

There are several Jin Shin Jyutsu self help exercises for the immune system.

In this post, I work with SEL 13 on the left and right sides of the chest to help harmonize the immune system, clear the chest, balance the breathing, ease stress and restore calm.

Clearing these energy sites on the chest also helps our reproductive functions and clears tension in our shoulders and neck.

This exercise is wonderfully simple and I love it!

Jin Shin Jyutsu Exercise for the Immune System and more

Hold each position for 3-5 minutes.

Position 1

Cross the arms. Place the right fingers on the left chest and the left fingers on the right chest at SEL 13.

Position 2

Wrap your left hand around the right Index finger.

Cross the arms. Place the right fingers on the left chest and the left fingers on the right chest at SEL 13.

Wrap your right hand around the left Index finger.
