Join us for the next Jin Shin Jyutsu Global Event on Saturday 4.4.2020 where we practice self help exercises to support the immune system and maintain calm. Practice at 8 am and/or 8 pm your time, wherever you live.

This time of change can affect us on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As a result, it is really important to keep our energies up and our minds calm; to maintain a sense of optimism and perspective. 

This Universal Art is part of us

Jin Shin Jyutsu gives us the ability to help ourselves in so many ways. Whether it’s to do away with, say a headache or a pain in the big toe.

But more than that, this Universal Art enables us to tap into our very essence, our space, our Infinite SELF and Infinite TRUTH. It is why Mary Burmeister, a foremost teacher of the Art, described Jin Shin Jyutsu as a Physio-Philosophy. 

This Universal Art is part of our human make up. It is available for each and every one of us to use. All we need is our hands and the awareness of how and where to place them on the body.

IT IS limitless, Energy is limitless

I have studied and practiced this Art for the last 20 years. As a result, I can unequivocally confirm that this innate wisdom within us IS profound. IT IS limitless. That’s because energy knows no boundaries.

My Inspiration for the Global Events

My Inspiration for these Global Events came in September 2014. I envisaged people from all over the world harmonizing together with Jin Shin Jyutsu.

A synchronized practice across the different time zones to create a ‘rainbow of harmony’; from New Zealand to Australia, then Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and North America, finally finishing in Hawaii.

Over the years, people in up to 40 countries have participated. Will you join us on April 4, 2020 to create a rainbow of harmony across the world?

The self help exercises for this Jin Shin Jyutsu Global Event help support the immune system and relieve shock and stress in the body.

The focus is on clearing the chest at the energy sites of left and right Safety Energy Lock 13. Working with the 13s we can relieve mental and emotional stress. This is a great exercise to nurture MYSELF.

The exercise

Jin Shin Jyutsu Immune Position 1 with arms crossed and hands on chest

Position 1: Cross the arms and place the right fingers on the left chest and the left fingers on the right chest at SEL 13. Hold for 5 minutes.

Position 2 holding right index finger

Position 2: Wrap your left hand around the right Index finger. Hold for 5 minutes.

Position 3 holding right little finger

Position 3: Wrap your left hand around the right Little finger. Hold for 5 minutes.

Position 4: Cross the arms and place the right fingers on the left chest and the left fingers on the right chest at SEL 13. Hold for 5 minutes.

Position 5 holding left index finger

Position 5: Wrap your right hand around the left Index finger. Hold for 5 minutes.

Position 6 holding left little finger

Position 6: Wrap your right hand around the left Little finger. Hold for 5 minutes.

Position 7: Cross the arms and place the right fingers on the left chest and the left fingers on the right chest at SEL 13. Hold for 5 minutes.

Jin Shin Jyutsu Immune Position 8 with arms crossed and hands on upper arms

Position 8: Cross the arms and place your left hand on your right upper arm and your right hand on your left upper arm. Hold for 5 minutes.

Total practice time: 40 minutes
