Jin Shin Jyutsu Exercise: Hold Little Finger for Pretense

When you do this exercise there is no need to apply pressure, or pull the finger. Just wrap one hand around the finger of the other hand.

In Jin Shin Jyutsu the LITTLE finger (either side) harmonizes the attitude of PRETENSE,  (Trying Tos, Efforting), and helps:
