Have had backpain for such a long time. Have tried many different things, but have got to the point where I am just living with the pain all the time.

On a physical level, you need to look at hydration. Most back pain is caused by years of chronic de-hydration. So slowly incorporate at least 2 liters of water daily into your diet.
