There have been many times over the years that I have used different self help holds to nip potential issues in the bud, as it were. For example, when I feel a headache coming on, when my eyes are sore, when my back starts to hurt, when my neck feels stiff, when I eat something that doesn’t agree with me, when I have muscle cramp, etc etc etc. Using these holds in the moment releases and moves whatever is going on, usually immediately.
