Luckily, someone I knew mentioned Jin Shin Jyutsu self help. “Jin what?” I said. I was intrigued so I investigated.
I was then amazed that a couple of simple exercises could work so quickly and effectively.
All I had to “do” was place my hands on certain parts of my body, relax, and then – presto! – migraines cleared within minutes and I was able to go back to work.
Since then, I have had many, many experiences of being able to help myself recover from numerous (and yes, various) ailments, truly empowering me to practise hands-on self help![/text_block]
