I have had a lot of questions lately about how Jin Shin Jyutsu can help alleviate projects like Colitis Ulcerosa, IBS, Crohn’s etc. I am investigating all of these and also the issue of parasites in the intestines, as these are the cause of many ailments and discomforts, including fatigue, allergies, skin rashes, inflammation, bloating, cramps, weight loss and general malaise (they sap the body of nutrients – i.e. minerals and vitamins).
So. The great news is that the self help holds in Jin Shin Jyutsu are hugely helpful with all of these conditions. Stay tuned for more posts soon with more detail on how to have a healthy digestion using Jin Shin Jyutsu and other methods.
