Exercise: Hold THUMB for WORRY

Hold your THUMB (either side) to harmonise the attitude of WORRY, and to help:

* Insomnia
* Digestion
* Headaches (esp. base of thumb)
* Stress and nerves
* Ground and calm
* Nurture
* Skin surface
* Stomach and spleen energy
* When have to SIT a lot

Simply Hold Your Fingers

When the life energy moves through our bodies without any obstruction we are in (perfect) harmony (with the universe). Obstructions lead to physical, mental and emotional disharmony. Obstructions are created by ‘attitudes’.

There are five basic attitudes:
Worry, Fear, Anger, Grief and Pretense (trying to)

These are the result of disharmony and run down energy.

Because there are many pathways that run through the fingers, each of these ‘attitudes’ can be balanced by simply holding the corresponding finger, thereby harmonising the entire circulation of life energy in our bodies.

For a full revitalising session hold each thumb and finger individually for a few minutes each. Whenever you’re watching television, or a movie or waiting for a bus or a train, hold your fingers! You can’t ‘overdose’ when you work on yourself.
