Pre Menstrual Syndrome or PMS as it is commonly known can come on a day or two before menstruation. It can cause sudden cramping in the pelvic area which is very uncomfortable and painful, to say the least. This Jin Shin Jyutsu self help hold clears the pelvic area really fast.

Place the left hand on the pubic bone. This clears the descending energy down the front.

Place the right hand with the palm side on the base of the spine as far down as possible near the coccyx. If it’s uncomfortable doing it that way you can also turn your hand around so the back of the hand is on the base of the spine.
