		<description>When I took a class from Sara Harper, one of the JSJ self-help instructors, she said that Mary would sometimes use additional steps during Main Central. Sara mentioned that if you&#039;re called to add a step anywhere along the Main Central pathway it would only do good!  One additional step that we tried was while touching the nose. We&#039;d rest the remaining fingers on the upper lip and chin at the same time.</description>

		<description>I have a friend who stopped eating &#039;&#039;night shade&#039; vegetables (eggplant, tomatoes, peppers,etc) and saw quick, dramatic results. 
So, look to the diet, too. If you added JSJ she would&#039;ve cleared up even sooner.</description>
